Digital Marketing Manager – (M/F/D)

Job purpose

As a member of the Marketing Department and a cross functional Customer Experience team that defines and delivers new features and functionality to enhance our internal and external customer’s digital journey.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement campaign-driven and long-term strategies and content for effective use of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Xing and YouTube
  • Create, curate and manage published content (images, video, text) on company’s branded social media platforms
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional, extended digital marketing team and the Social Media Manager to ensure integration of social marketing activities with other strategies
  • Maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant posts
  • Use social media management tools such as HootSuite and native social media publishing platforms
  • Incorporate SEO best practices across social platforms
  • Create and interpret marketing campaign reports and metrics

FX Payments Analyst – (M/F/D)

Job purpose

This is a key role within the Global Payments Department. Responsible for the effective processing of payments and the related back office duties including settlements and investigations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To ensure that payments and transactions are validated and released in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Execution management (trade and payment).
  • To generate manual payments in SWIFT Alliance or other online payment applications.
  • Manage a variety of investigations including failed payments and non-receipts, amendments and cancellations.
  • Payment netting and execution.
  • To ensure that all FX Confirmations are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing funds.
  • Provide statistics, reports and presentations.
  • Comply with all applicable company, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud.

Job purpose

This is a key role which connects the client with all teams within the Global Payments Business
– Trading, Sales, Operations, IT as well as correspondent banking clients.

The candidate will assist the client services team with their day to day

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with all internal teams in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
  • Provide Client Services day to day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to reduce the number of investigations and the investigation turnaround time where possible.
  • Work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
  • Work with the Global Head of Client Services to support proactive client management.
  • Provide client demo and training on systems used by Global Payments Business
  • Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.
  • Travel for client visits and events when required

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supporting and complying with documented software process and procedure requirements spanning all phases of software product life cycle
  • Participating in meetings with other team members to design and develop high-quality, object-oriented business objects and conducting research and evaluation of software-related technologies and products

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience
  • Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and incorporate the findings in the development
  • Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
  • Seek to enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
  • Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
  • Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
  • Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers
  • Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability
